Tall Ships Sail Into Duluth Artist_RenderingDuluth will welcome three tall ships into the harbor August 1-3, with on-board tours of these fascinating replicas of historic vessels. The ships will be in port as part of the Duluth Maritime Festival, celebrating the state’s Sesquicentennial.
